Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP QA Engineer with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience to lead and execute quality assurance efforts across SAP BRIM, OTC, and RAR modules. This role involves working with FIORI applications, developing robust testing frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Test SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, CC) modules using FIORI applications.
- Validate SAP OTC and RAR modules for functionality and performance.
- Develop a robust software testing framework and manage testing activities for new and existing releases.
- Coordinate with QA Leads, Project Managers, Developers, System Administrators, Architects, and DBAs.
- Lead and execute functional, system, regression, load, integration, performance, and UAT test scenarios.
- Collaborate with Development Leads and Business Analysts to design and generate test data.
- Monitor test execution progress, manage defect resolution, and handle issue tracking.
- Ensure quality across all project deliverables and testing stages.
- Apply industry-standard QA methodologies and tools within the ServiceNow environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience testing SAP OTC, RAR, and BRIM applications.
- Proficiency in SAP GUI, FIORI, RAR, OTC, and BRIM.
- Strong grasp of SDLC and QA methodologies with 5+ years in quality assurance.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, PMs, system admins, and DBAs.
- Background in application design and programming with traceability matrix expertise.
- Strong analytical skills and broad application knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with QA for web platforms, reporting, and analytics.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assess project risks.
- Deep understanding of all development lifecycle phases.
- Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., UFT, LoadRunner) and test management tools (e.g., ALM).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing QA teams.
