Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Renton, WA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
· System Support and Maintenance:
o Provide day-to-day support for SAP ECC, specifically focusing on the Financials and Controlling (FICO) module.
o Investigate and resolve issues related to financial processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
· Configuration and Customization:
o Configure and customize SAP FICO module to align with business requirements.
o Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and implement effective SAP solutions.
· Enhancements and Upgrades:
o Lead or participate in SAP ECC enhancement projects, ensuring the successful implementation of new features and improvements.
o Coordinate the testing and implementation of SAP upgrades.
· User Training and Documentation:
o Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to promote efficient use of SAP FICO functionalities.
o Maintain documentation for SAP FICO processes and procedures.
· Financial Reporting:
o Collaborate with finance teams to design and generate financial reports using SAP reporting tools.
o Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data within the SAP system.
· Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to address business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP solutions.
o Effectively communicate updates, changes, and system enhancements to relevant stakeholders.
B. QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in a related field; SAP certification is a plus and/or
· Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
· Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes within SAP ECC.
· Experience with SAP ECC upgrades and enhancement projects.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
