Position: SAP HANA Project Manager (Multi-Currency Environment)

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP HANA Project Manager to lead end to end S/4HANA Finance implementations in complex, multi-currency environments. The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise in SAP FICO with proven project management skills—driving scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder alignment across global finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria for SAP FICO HANA rollouts.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource forecasts, risk logs, and communication schedules.
• Lead project governance: steering committee presentations, status reporting, budget tracking, and change control.
• Oversee configuration of multi-currency processes: currency types, conversion rules, revaluation, translation, and parallel ledgers.
• Coordinate testing and validation of foreign exchange postings, consolidated reporting across entities and legal jurisdictions.
• Drive solutions for intercompany billing, cross company code clearing, and global period end close.
• Serve as primary liaison between finance leadership, IT teams, external consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Manage contract scopes, SLAs, and vendor performance for add ons (e.g., FX rate providers, tax engines, group reporting tools).
• Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and executive reviews.
• Lead organizational change activities: impact assessments, training curricula, cut over strategy, and go live support.
• Coordinate end user training and documentation
