Job Title: SAP MM Consultant

Location: Wilmington, DE or Washington, DC – Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the SAP MM module, focusing on optimizing and streamlining materials management processes. You will collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to design, implement, and support SAP solutions that align with organizational needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Implement, configure, and support SAP MM (Materials Management) module.

·       Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for material management processes.

·       Design and configure solutions within SAP MM, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

·       Work with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, PP) to ensure smooth integration and system performance.

·       Perform system testing and troubleshooting to resolve any issues in the SAP MM module.

·       Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the SAP MM module.

·       Assist with data migration activities, including cleansing, loading, and validation.

·       Work on customizing SAP MM processes to improve procurement, inventory management, and material valuation.

·       Support day-to-day business operations by addressing SAP issues and continuously enhancing the system.

·       Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements related to the SAP MM module.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

·       Proven experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation (14+ years of experience).

·       In-depth knowledge of materials management processes such as procurement, inventory management, and material valuation.

·       Familiarity with integration of SAP MM with other modules like SAP SD, SAP WM, and SAP PP.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

·       Experience in data migration and testing within SAP MM.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
