Job Title: SAP PP Consultant
Location: Remote with Occasional Travel to Anaheim, CA
Duration: Long Term

Role Description: Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience working in SAP ECC SAP Production Planning and Materials Management modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP Production Planning Master Data, Demand Management, MRP, Production planning and execution, Engineering change management, Contract manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of integration of Production execution to MES.
• Strong understanding of application of SAP Materials Management business processes in procurement processes along with Inventory Management processes.
• Effective with creative solutioning and communication to influence and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issue.
• Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
• Ability to work independently or as a team.
• Work with business users to resolve day-to-day support issues.
• Responsible for designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementation.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to collaborate on SAP solutions required to meet business objectives.
• Define functional requirements and capture them in configuration rationale and functional specification documents. Validate any proposed development estimates.
• Own the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirements.
• Define and execute test plans and review outcomes to validate solution meets intent and is appropriate in response to business demand for change.
• Good knowledge about RICEFW, integrations to third party, data migration for carve-out scenario.
• Good knowledge about testing strategy including SIT and integration testing.
• Maintain detailed documentation supporting business processes, configuration, functional specifications.

• Key Skills:
• Sr. SAP Consultant in PP with multiple end-to-end implementations in ECC 6.0.
• Deep understanding in PP business processes and integration areas, worked in complex organizations and implementations.
• Thorough hands-on experience in system configuration, technical areas to work with technical consultants.
• Very good communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience in Auto Industry is a plus.
