JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

Act as a servant-leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
Remove impediments to the teams’ progress and shield them from external distractions.
Promote continuous improvement, team self-organization, and accountability.
Track and report on sprint progress using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are well-groomed and prioritized.
Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and feedback.

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Perform gap analyses and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and end-users to ensure business requirements are met.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation planning.
Maintain documentation such as business process flows, use cases, and data models.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Experience with writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
