Role: Sr Scrum Master

Location: San Jose(CA) or Rocklin(CA) or Hillsboro(CA)
Work mode: Hybrid ( 3 days from one of the above locations)

Client: NexTurn

Must have:
1. Scrum Master experience using JIRA
2. JIRA and Confluence admin experience
3. JIRA reporting with canned and Custom reports

Good to Have
1. Program Increment Planning
2. JIRA plan knowledge
3. Tempo timesheets in JIRA

Role Expectations:

• Leading an agile team of 20-25 people, creating JIRA automation, and understanding confluence.
• Team Leadership: Orchestrating the work as a lead scrum master to deliver he output of a technology migration project from technology A to technology B.
• JIRA Automation: The role expects the creation of JIRA automation to handle a significant portion of the scrum master's work, including generating custom reports for stakeholders and creating alerts from the JIRA tool itself.
• Confluence Skills: The role requires a good understanding of Confluence to manage interactions between Confluence and JIRA effectively.
• Team Velocity and Estimation management
• Impediment Management
• Custom JIRA Dashboard and reporting
