Role: Senior Business Analyst With Strong Salesforce & KYC Experience

Locations: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from nearby states Only.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce.
• Must have supported Digital projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Need strong experience in KYC (Know Your Customer).

Requirement Gathering:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, goals, and requirements.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather information.

Analysis and Documentation:

• Analyze and document current business processes, systems, and workflows.
• Create detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Use data to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives.

Communication:

• Effectively communicate requirements and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs.

Testing and Validation:

• Assist in the development of test plans and test cases.
• Validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Recommend and implement solutions to enhance business operations.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
