Position: Service Now Consultant

Job description:
· Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and performance.
· Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including UI, workflows, and integrations.
· Develop and implement ServiceNow modules, applications, and enhancements.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
· Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
· Provide technical support and training to end-users.
· Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
· Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
· ServiceNow Administrator certification.
· Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
· Knowledge of other ITSM tools and platforms.
· Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
