We are seeking an experienced ServiceMax professional to join our team to support and enhance our field service operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceMax, with a solid understanding of Salesforce.com and field service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the ServiceMax application to support business needs.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain workflows, validations, and process automations in ServiceMax.
- Integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure system integrity and data quality.
- Support data migration and cleansing efforts.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders on ServiceMax projects.
