Job Description:
-Release & configuration: Deploy configuration updates and manage releases across instances.
-User & role administration: Create, modify, and audit users, groups, and roles.
-Module management: Install, upgrade, and retire ServiceNow modules as needed.
-Integrations:
Maintain and enhance existing connections with Jira, GitLab, Q‑Test, etc.
Design and implement new integrations from scratch where gaps exist.
-Self‑sufficiency & knowledge transfer: Able to operate independently from day one and train internal team members on best practices.
