Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow BCM Security Ops Analyst to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing configuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of organization assets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SeviceNow BCM to align with industry best practices and organizational requirements.
• Develop and maintain business continuity plan, incident response plan and disaster recovery plans.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and threat modeling Monitor and analyze the security event logs, incident response, and threat intelligence.
• collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure BCM performance and effectiveness
• Provide training and support to end users on BCM and security best practices and ServivceNow Usage.
• Experienced in Software Asset Management End to End implementation and issue fixing knowledge.
• Worked in Integration multiple Sources of Asset into ServiceNow using REST API / Data sources etc
• Managing Software Licenses, Hardware Models, Stock Room etc
