1. Strong Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
2. Strong Hands on experience with SNOW CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping
3. Good Communication Skills
ServiceNow Lead/Architect role requires the applying candidate to have strong hands-on experience around the following activities:
• Manage Horizontal and Cloud Discovery Issue as part BAU
• Create Service Maps using Top Down Service Mapping approach for business critical applications
• Configure/manage Discovery schedules
• Configure and Manage CMDB Health Dashboard and CI Health and Hygiene Tasks
• Integrate with third party applications to bring Asset Data into CMDB
• Work on CMDB and ITOM Visible related enhancements
• Write custom patterns as required for Discovery/Service Mapping.
