ServiceNow Project Manager

The Certified PMP Project Manager will lead ServiceNow projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful deployments of ServiceNow modules and solutions within the Maryland Judiciary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage ServiceNow implementation projects across modules like CSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets to meet judiciary goals.
• Oversee project requirements, ensuring alignment with judiciary standards and best practices.
• Work with technical teams to track project progress and address any challenges.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, focusing on project milestones, risks, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
• Certified PMP Project Manager.
• Experience in managing ServiceNow projects, including planning and resource allocation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices is a plus.
