Position: Solution Analyst – SuccessFactors consultant
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL) – Local candidates highly preferred
Work Authorization: US Citizens or Green Card Holders only
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills – Must be able to confidently interface with multiple stakeholders.
- 5+ years of functional/configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors (not technical, CPI, or development roles).
- Hands-on configuration experience in 2+ SuccessFactors modules, such as:
- Employee Central
- Onboarding
- Recruiting
- Experience writing Functional Specifications within SuccessFactors.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Distribution industries is highly preferred.
Additional Information:
- This is a purely functional/configurator role – not technical.
- Looking for candidates with deep understanding and ownership of configuration tasks in SuccessFactors.
- Ideal candidates will bring domain-specific insights relevant to distribution, food, or retail sectors.
