Role Summary:
The Solution Architect / Tech Lead will lead the technical architecture and hands-on design of distributed streaming systems across the NextGen Ops Platform. The candidate will ensure adherence to enterprise cloud standards while providing guidance to development squads.

Responsibilities:
• Design scalable cloud-native architectures for streaming data systems
• Lead the integration of Amazon MSK, Kinesis, Flink, Lambda, and microservices
• Define technical patterns for deployment, infrastructure, and monitoring
• Drive Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform
• Support data pipeline automation, cloud observability, and developer productivity tooling
• Collaborate with stakeholders, remove blockers, and guide DevOps alignment

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience architecting and delivering large-scale cloud systems
• Proven track record in AWS platform services including:
  – Amazon MSK, Kinesis, Lambda, Flink
  – Java/Spring Boot, MongoDB, DynamoDB, S3
  – Terraform, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, CI/CD tools
• Strong background in microservices, REST/gRPC, and streaming validation frameworks
• Familiarity with role-based access control, compliance, and security automation
• Strong communication skills to interface between technical and business teams
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent; advanced problem-solving capabilities

• Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Python, Go, Bash
• Streaming: Amazon MSK (Kafka), Kinesis, Apache Flink, Lambda
• Data & Storage: MongoDB, DynamoDB, Amazon S3
• Architecture: Microservices, REST, gRPC, Event-Driven Architecture
• Tools: CI/CD pipelines, Testing Automation, Monitoring & Observability
