Solution Architecture

Successful candidate must have skills:
– Proven experience in the design and implementation of Human Resource systems (HRMS/HCM/ERP)
– Proven experience in the design and implementation of Oracle ERP on Oracle OCI platform.
· Consolidated financial statements used for SEC Reporting.
· Cost allocations for the bank to identify true profitability of different business units.
· Strategic planning and budgeting process, multiple reporting use cases such as management reporting, factbooks, expense reporting and corporate HQ reporting.
· Controllership, Regulatory and Cargabal teams for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
· Analyze and report Actuals, Budgets and Strategic Plans
– Design and architect HR & Finance platforms that align with our client's business objectives and technology roadmaps.
– Translate complex requirements into architectural blueprints, demonstrating a clear vision and understanding of client needs.
– Proficiency with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for large datasets.
· At minimum need to know what these are. If asked in an interview and have no clue, they won’t be a fit.
– Restful APIs, API-led design, Event Driven Architecture
– Cloud Architecture & Security – AWS, Oracle OCI, Azure
– Ability to perform cybersecurity risk assessment (ISAR)
– Create logical/functional architecture diagram, create integration by use case sequence diagram
– Excellent communication, team player, proactive
– Demonstrated experience of tightly collaboration with Business owners
