🛠️ What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5–10 years of DB experience
🔹 5+ years as a Lead SQL DBA
🔹 Expertise in performance tuning & SQL optimization
🔹 Experience with backups, recovery, security, and modeling
🔹 Strong knowledge of NIST, Microsoft Trust Center standards
🔹 Excellent communication & documentation skills 🧠🖊️
