Rate: $45/hr on C2C/1099(Non Negotiable)

About this role:

• Expand reporting and modeling capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning, with a focus on headcount planning for frontline customer service roles
• Build user-friendly financial reports, identify trends, plan, forecast, budget and provide insights for senior stakeholders
• Identify anomalies in financial trends (e.g., revenue changes) and provide insights into the causes
• Engage with internal users (directors, VPs, cost center owners) to track budgets and explain deviations
• Lead the preparation of major components of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with business unit owners.

      Experience:

• 5+ years of proven financial analysis experience, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnership
• Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with recurring revenue models is a plus
• Flexible and able to adapt to both structured and ad hoc projects
