Skills/Experience needed:
- BS Degree of higher
- MUST have Healthcare Insurance Industry experience
- 7+ years of experience with designing, developing, and implementing timely and accurate data/reports using operational data to support the department/division and reporting, analytics, tracking and trending analysis to support operational effectiveness.
- MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience with FACETS data
- MUST HAVE 5+ years of Tableau & SQL coding
- MUST have strong experience with MS Excel spreadsheets and graphs.
- Verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills necessary to work in a team environment.
- Experience in managed care statistical analysis, trending, tracking and reporting of focused populations on a routine and ad hoc basis
