Must have recent Rsyslog and Syslog experience. 

 

Description: Deploy and configure rsyslog server within the company's on-prem environments. 

 

Duties include, but aren't limited to:

– Review of existing Syslog-ng server configurations to document requirements for new infrastructure

– Design parallel solution using Rsyslog server, reviewing opportunities for added resilience

– Deploy new Rsyslog infrastructure and migrate all reporting systems to new infrastructure

 

Required Skills:

RHEL 7/8 Administration

Syslog-ng Server administration

Preferred:

Ansible

VMWare
