They are developing APIs so other banks can transfer money back and forth with CMA.  They are working on phase 2 & 3 this year.  They are working with downstream partners (account, AML, fraud). 
Requirements- payment systems project experience, hands on experience with APIs and micro services

This is a high visibility project for the bank.  This is a large project.  They are expanding the team.  They have Agile execution.
They are working on cloud based systems with APIs.  They partner with anti-money laundering. 
Challenges- sometimes there is overlap with ownership, the business wants the functionally quicker, they are adding more team members, they need to move faster
They are growing 1 Agile team to 2 teams.

Facilitating evaluation of business requirements for business application integration, service activation, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements. Experience in the development of scope, goals, objectives and business and system requirements while ensuring complete traceability to project objectives.
