Technical Project Manager with Sales Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Sales Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales teams during pre-sales engagements to understand client requirements and deliver technical input.
• Participate in client meetings, product demos, and RFP responses as the technical project expert.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through deep engagement during project implementation.

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications during project execution.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to delivery, maintaining continuity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or program management.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales engineering, business development, or client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
