Job Description
Proactive individual contributor capable of owning design, develop, test automation and testing of target state cloud-based technologies across the enterprise. Work with the stakeholders and other developers and testers to formulate plans and solutions that support the enterprise goals, implement efficient end-to-end processes and leverage use of existing IT assets. Align strategic goals and objectives with key business and IT initiatives. Work to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, industry standard techniques and best practices.
Skills: 1) Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies
2) Solid knowledge of the SDET practices, programming language(s), application servers, compute, database server, test automation, and/or architecture of the system being developed
3) Broad and Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud development and associated service
4) Solid understanding of current programming languages and employs any/all of these languages to solve the business needs of FNM's internal customers
5) Knowledge of one or more of the following languages/services: Python, SQL, Glue ETL, ECS, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, DMS, SQS/SNS, PostGres RDS, S3, and Oracle,
6) Knowledge of TIBCO BWCE, Informatica, Autosys and/or Java are a plus.
Education/Experience:
1) Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
2) Professional certification(s)
3) desired 7+ years of related experience in their specific area
4) experience leading development on projects with similar scope and complexity and
5) Financial services experience Top 3 non-negotiable must have skills:
– Python development skills
– Strong AWS knowledge particularly Python, SQL, ECS, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, Glue ETL, DMS, SQS/SNS, PostGres, RDS, S3, Oracle
