Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will be key in ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives and deliver meaningful outcomes.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is beneficial.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Visio).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

• Certifications:

  • Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are preferred but not required.
