Job Title: UI/UX Design

Location: Reston, VA (Day 1 Onsite – Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

·        11+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in wireframing, screen design, and user interface design.

·        Expert-level experience with design tools such as Adobe Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

·        Hands-on experience in designing user interfaces for Salesforce applications, understanding its unique requirements and constraints.

·        Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced iterations and collaborate in cross-functional teams.

·        A robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, particularly those involving wireframing, Salesforce applications, and Agile development.

·        Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices, with the ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach design challenges creatively and strategically.

·        Experience designing Salesforce Lightning Components or Salesforce-based applications.

·        Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with development teams.

·        Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
