Location- Hartford CT (Onsite)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Lead the triage, design, coding, and implementation of IDP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and automation.
- Agile Delivery: Plan and implement procedures to enhance operating efficiency for application integration technologies, including managing agile delivery evolution, automating development operations, and driving engineering (DevOps) best practices.
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews within scrum teams to approve for production deployment, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct research to identify new solutions and methods to meet evolving business needs and integrate emerging technologies.
- Proactive Monitoring & Management: Establish, improve, and maintain proactive monitoring and management processes for supported assets, ensuring their performance, availability, security, and capacity.
- Process Improvement: Identify and lead opportunities for process improvements and innovations in development operations and integration.
- Collaboration: Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with delivery partners, technical architects, business stakeholders, and IT teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical solutions.
Required Experience / Qualifications:
- Hands-on Technical Expertise: A highly technical, hands-on, and motivated individual with exceptional communication skills. Proven experience working with diverse teams on all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in C#, API development, Micro Services, XML, RESTful APIs, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework and MS SQL Server. Working knowledge of Postman for endpoint testing is a plus.
- Experience in Cloud & DevOps: 2-3 years of experience working with Azure (including Form Recognizer – Model Training) and DevOps tools and practices.
- Agile Experience: At least 5+ years of experience working in agile team structures, using tools like Jira (preferably Rally as well), and leveraging agile toolsets.
- Version Control & Code Management: Strong experience in creating stories in Jira, understanding code merge and code review processes, and managing merge requests. Expertise in merging changes from feature branches to master, testing in Dev and Staging, and performing regression before production deployment.
- Database & Query Optimization: Strong SQL knowledge for writing complex queries to generate reports on daily/monthly/yearly volumes. Experience in analyzing and optimizing database queries for performance improvements.
- Documentation: Having good experience on documenting Technical/Business requirements in Confluence.
- Cloud-based Document Processing: Familiarity with intelligent document processing (IDP) using cloud-based tools (Azure). Other cloud-based tools is a plus.
- Additional Technologies: Knowledge of SQL, Git, Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Machine Learning-based Document Processing, and Splunk.
- Data Integration: Strong knowledge of data integration techniques (batch, real-time) and data analysis practices.
- Defect Triage & Problem Solving: Experience in defect triaging, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions for continuous improvement.
- Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment while collaborating across a highly matrixed organization.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Strong strategic problem-solving abilities, combined with solid analytical skills, collaboration, and effectively communicating with the customer over meetings/emails with necessary updates.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning techniques for document processing and automated data extraction.
- Proficiency in DevOps pipelines and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Splunk experience for monitoring and troubleshooting.
