Title: Billing / Accounts Receivable (AR) Process Analyst
Location: Onsite in Westport, CT (occasional travel to Riverside, CA)

Visa: USC,GC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery and information-gathering sessions to understand the client's Billing / AR workflows.
• Develop detailed Level 3 (L3) process maps, outlining the “What,” “Who,” and “How” of current operations.
• Identify areas for short-term quality and efficiency improvements through better use of existing technology.
• Highlight opportunities for strategic automation or AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate potential for offshoring remaining manual tasks.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments during on-site work in Westport, CT.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Deep subject matter expertise in Billing and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Strong process analysis and documentation skills (L3 process mapping).
• Proven ability to lead workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies and recommending practical improvements.
• Familiarity with current automation and AI trends in back-office functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Deltek Construction Management Software.
• Knowledge of nearshoring/offshoring models and considerations.

Travel Requirements:

• Role is primarily onsite in Westport, CT.
• Occasional travel (1–2 trips) to Riverside, CA for data gathering.
• Some flexibility toward hybrid work may evolve over time, but initial comfort with onsite presence is required.
