Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced M365 Architect/ M365 Admin to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient M365 environments tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
• Define M365 governance, security policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead M365 migrations (on-prem to cloud or tenant-to-tenant).
• Optimize M365 services for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical guidance to support and engineering teams.
• Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap and incorporate relevant changes.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of M365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, OneDrive).
• Experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, Information Protection.
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Defender and M365 security & compliance center.
• Experience in hybrid environments and migration projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate
• ITIL / TOGAF (optional but preferred)
