Job Title: Network Tester
Location: Denver, CO -Hybrid
Type: Long-Term Contract
Experience Level: 2–5 years

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate network systems and wireless components.
• Identify, analyze, and document software and hardware defects.
• Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Re-test patched defects to ensure proper resolution and no regression.
• Maintain detailed test documentation and results.
• Support field testing at designated travel locations for live network validation.
• Coach junior team members on tools and testing processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in QA, software, or network testing.
• Strong experience with network protocols or wireless systems (Wi-Fi, LTE, etc.).
• Proficiency in using test and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with testing routers, modems, or customer-premises equipment (CPE).
• Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, iPerf, NetSpot, or similar.
• Exposure to scripting (Python, Shell) is a plus but not required.
