Job Title: Sr. Power Platform Developer
Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in one of the following approved states: ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, IL, IN, OH, PA, FL, CO, KY, TN — other states may be considered on request)
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder only
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop model-driven Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate.
- Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations across all project phases: discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
- Deliver services and solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, custom development, and data integrations.
- Provide technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform-based solutions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Demonstrated experience integrating custom code with third-party services and external APIs.
- Proven ability to deliver custom-developed business solutions on the Power Platform.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
Technical Skills:
- Mandatory:
- Azure
- Model-driven Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Data integrations
- Nice to Have:
- Power BI, SharePoint
- Development:
- Advanced skills in C# and JavaScript
- Experience with source control systems (e.g., GitHub)
- SQL query writing and experience with SQL Server Management Studio or Azure Data Studio
