Location: Client is based in Greenville SC! try to find local
open to: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC (must be open to travel Tues–Thurs)
Work Schedule Details: Travel 3 days/week

Notes:

·  One candidate lacked sufficient hands-on experience; more of a functional IC, not technical or implementation-focused enough.

·  Several candidates had finance backgrounds, but did not have specific AR/IR (Accounts Receivable / Intercompany Reconciliation) experience — must have direct AR in IRec to be considered.

·  Most candidates could only speak to support-related tasks — no experience with enhancements or actual work within IRec modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution build and deployment in Oracle EBS AR, iReceivables, Invoicing, Payments (ACH & credit card), Tax, and SLA.
• Act as SME for Oracle EBS AR and iRec within ERP transformation initiatives.
• Conduct business requirement analysis and produce detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile, multi-squad delivery environment.
• Assist in the configuration and support of Enterprise Command Center (ECC) dashboards (preferred).
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders in the US and Canada.
• Drive proactive issue resolution and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, with a focus on Order to Cash.
• 7+ years of experience delivering ERP transformation programs related to AR and iRec.
• In-depth understanding of payments, tax setup, and subledger accounting (SLA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
• Strong documentation, analysis, and functional design skills.
• Familiarity with ECC and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Must be proactive, collaborative, and results-driven.
