Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Salesforce Architect to work on their project based out of Austin, TX / Hybrid.
Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: Austin, TX / Hybrid
Duration: 6 months
Job Description:
The Salesforce Architect acts as a “trusted expert advisor” and Subject Matter Expert for technical services. They assess current systems, identify weaknesses, and review business processes. They provide design recommendations, conduct risk assessments, and suggest performance and security optimizations to align Salesforce implementation with best practices and business goals.
This role stabilizes Salesforce Orgs and addresses potential vulnerabilities. Responsibilities include making technical decisions, supporting team members, and ensuring task completion. The individual communicates effectively, offers best practice advice, and guides system configurations. They participate in daily sprints and stand-up meetings, monitor developer code changes, and determine solutions with timelines. They collaborate with designers, developers, network architects, security analysts, and program teams to maintain architectural standards. They prepare project models or diagrams and facilitate communication between customers and technical teams. Experience with Agile methodologies is required, and they must be available for on-call support, providing development and hands-on configuration as needed.
Required Experience:
- 12 years Required Design and deliver healthy Salesforce implementations for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products.
- 12 years Required Designed organization strategy and data model for multiple Salesforce implementations
- 12 years Required Designed technical solutions for identity and access, implemented data and process integrations, and designed solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs.
- 12 years Required Experience in all End-to-End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
- 8 years Required Experience in Salesforce implementation and development and in writing Apex programming
- 8 years Required Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components. Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, pr
- 8 years Required Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services
- 8 years Required Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premises systems
- 8 years Required A solid understanding of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, multitiered infrastructure, integration patterns, and application servers
- 8 years Required Well versed with human centric user experience and software design principles
- 8 years Required Well versed with Salesforce well architected framework
