Job Description:

Business/Systems analysis and data modeling

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, providing insights, and recommending solutions based on data analysis.
• Utilizing business analysis techniques to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization within the clinical development life cycle.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participating in the design, development, and implementation of data models and structures to support data analysis and reporting.

Data Engineering:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Python, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Create and manage REST APIs to facilitate data integration and accessibility across systems.
• Implement data validation and transformation logic to ensure high-quality data for downstream use cases.

Data Analysis:

• Using statistical methods to analyze data and derive insights. 
• Utilizing languages like Python, SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Python to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and reporting.

General:

• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data from various sources and systems.
• Ensuring compliance in data management and analysis processes.
• Suggesting innovative approaches for data analysis and reporting based on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Attending scrum meetings regularly, and meeting with business & IT stakeholders to review program objectives, schedules, and project documents.
• Identifying, tracking, and assisting in resolution of issues, including escalating issues to ensure their prompt resolution. 
• Collaborating with the entire team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Performing other activities as may be deemed necessary based upon business priorities, as indicated in writing by project manager. 

 Tool & Platforms

• Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and related services (e.g., S3).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
