Mandatory Skills:

Routing – Switching: Cisco & Arista

Load Balancers (GTM, RTM) – F5 Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, ASA) IPS Tipping Point.

For Palo Alto: need experience with managing both Onprem and on AWS and setting up Panorama

Routing Protocols: (BGP, EIGRP & OSPF), VRFs, VLANs, VRRP, LACP, MLAG, IP Multicast, VPC, NAT / SNAT

AWS (VPC, API Gateway, CloudFront, Route 53, Cloud WAN, Direct Connect, PrivateLink, Transit Gateway)

Good to have Skills:

Elastic Load Balancing (ELB), DNS / DHCP, IPSec VPN, Multicast, TACACS / Rancid / GIT, ALB/ELB

Others: Security Groups, ACL, HSRP, VRRP & SNMP

AWS Control Tower

Certifications Required

Architect Required: CCIE and AWS Certified Advanced Networking

Good to have: Other AWS & Cisco Certs would be Beneficial
