Job title: Healthcare Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities-
Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes.
Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
Drive quality and assist in the implementation of company automated test frameworks and solutions within assigned agile team.
Familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Decisions are typically focused on methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects.
Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
Mandatory Skills-
Looking for candidates who have 7+ years of related experience.
Strong Experience in testing for Health plans
Good understanding of health care claims life cycle
Experience in manual test execution
Experience in building Test plans for the applications
Experience in Requirements Ambiguity Analysis, Test Scenario Development, Test Case Development
Experience in Test & Defect Management Tools, such as JIRA
Experience in coordinating with the development team on Defects
Experience with various technologies, including but not limited to, SQL, SOAP UI/Postman
Experience of working in Agile teams – Scrum/KANBAN
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience of executing projects in Agile using continuous / continuous deployment
Experience in scripting for RDBMS like Oracle/ MS SQL
Excellent communication skills and a degree of technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills not Mandatory-
Familiar to any NoSQL is a big plus, preferred MongoDB
