Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financial Consultant with a strong background in Workday Financials, Project Management, and Client Interaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with Workday Financials, managing complex projects, and building strong client relationships. This individual will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday Financials solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday Financials, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.

At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

Proven experience in client interaction and stakeholder management, including conducting workshops and training sessions for clients.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement).

Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and client expectations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage client relationships effectively and resolve issues quickly.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on client success.

Certifications:

Workday Financials Certification (preferred).

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leading Workday Financials implementations for large enterprises.

Familiarity with Workday HCM and integration of Financials with other Workday modules.

Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
