Job Description:

We have a global manufacturing client who seeks to add a QA Workday Lead to interface with Workday Company for their implementation on the HR side.  Please check the details.  It is working 100% remote with occasional office visits required in the USA and potentially Canada so the resource must be ok with 20% travel  This role is less hands-on test execution and for someone who can think on their own and plan on their own and really own the testing phases from A to Z.  

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Workday is our systems integrator
• We have a large Workday Implementation taking place soon
• Work-Day does most of the test strategy writing and timelines along with creation of the end to end workflows (must be able to create these too, not just rely on Workday)
• Need a Testing lead to interface with the Work Day Testing Lead
• Lead but roll up sleeves and go heavy into the test prep, carting scenarios and entering them into Smartsheets, writing test scripts, support the users, collaborate   
• Converting from SAP Success Factors to Workday HR, Benefits, Performance, Onboarding, Recruiting
• Help stage the data and watch over integration testing and synchronize steps / plans / training between these integrators and the end company
• In person / virtual real time presentations
• There is  a lot of prep work and first few weeks / months will be a lot of shadowing and getting to know the parts of the project
• We’re going through some design sessions
• Company will deploy a sizable testing population globally to assist and these resources will need to supplement
• “Launch Methodology” vs. Workday Your Way would be helpful but not a requirement.
• Location: some degree of travel involved, not every week, but testing/deployment – say up to 20% and into Canada potentially too
