Top Skills:
• Strong understanding of Gainsight–Salesforce models and integrations.
• Experience with migrations, data mapping, and multi-system dependencies.
• Strong API, ETL, and integration knowledge.
• Gainsight Admin or Architect Certification.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills – level 3 preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Gainsight Rules, workflows, etc.
• Maintain and configure Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, Scorecards, Success Plans, etc.
• Perform platform health checks, security rotations, and governance tasks.
• Analyze and document all data stored in Gainsight.
• Support data-migration planning and mapping Gainsight objects to other platforms.
• Ensure historical reporting integrity.
• Provide and maintain connector configurations for data platforms (DWH)
• Document integration patterns, API usage, and middleware flows.
• Liaise across Customer Success, Enterprise Apps, Data Science, and vendors.
• Produce platform documentation and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
• 4–7+ years across Gainsight admin/config/architecture.
• Gainsight Admin or Architect Certification.
