React Native Engineer with Datadog RUM

As a React Native Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading our web and mobile development initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, performant, and secure applications. With your expertise in React Native app development, you will build web and mobile apps using a single code base. Your knowledge of OAuth will enable you to implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Leveraging application monitoring tools like Datadog RUM, you will proactively identify and resolve performance issues. Additionally, your familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes will streamline deployment processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead React Native developers to ensure timely and successful delivery of web and mobile applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant, and secure applications using React Native, with a single code base for web and mobile platforms.
- Implement OAuth for secure authentication and authorization in the applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration of web and mobile applications with backend services.
- Utilize application monitoring and observability tools to proactively identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks.
- Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities in applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Implement and leverage APM tools like Datadog RUM to monitor and optimize application performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web React Native Engineer with Datadog RUM and mobile app development, and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with DevOps team to streamline the deployment process and ensure continuous integration and React Native Engineer with Datadog RUM.
- Proven experience in React Native app development, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications built using a single code base.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in application monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of OAuth for secure authentication and authorization.
- Familiarity with APM tools like Datadog RUM or similar.
- Proficiency in implementing security measures and best practices React Native Engineer with Datadog RUM for web and mobile applications.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
