Role – DevOps Support Engineer
Work Mode: onsite (Need only locals)
Location – Lehi, UT
DevOps Support Engineer:
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in industry standard DevOps practices.
• Python, Jenkins, Git, Jira, Terraform, AWS, Azure, GCP are all desired skills.
• This Engineer will assist an existing team with software development and DevOps tasks as needed. • There will also be an element of internal customer communications and ticketing around software deployment.
• The ‘Customer Communication’ aspect of this role will be unique for a DevOps Engineer.
• Approximately 50% of their time will be spent following up on tickets generated for Product teams to install or upgrade an internally developed tool on their servers.
• While this aspect is not technical, it will be a great way for this Engineer to gain an understanding of the various teams within Customer and establish partnerships that can greatly advance their career
