Required Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in ServiceNow implementations.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules.
Experience managing Agile and Waterfall projects.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, or similar tools.
PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS) are a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
