• Data Pipeline Development & Management: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure Databricks to support data processing, transformation, and analytics, ensuring high data quality and reliability.
• Salesforce Integration: Integrate Salesforce data with Azure Databricks, ensuring seamless data flow from Salesforce CRM to Databricks for deeper analytics, reporting, and insights.
• Healthcare Data Expertise: Apply knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance, HL7, FHIR) to build solutions that meet regulatory requirements and address industry-specific challenges.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database) in conjunction with Databricks to enable end-to-end data processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize performance of Databricks clusters and data pipelines to ensure low-latency and high-performance analytics in a cloud environment.
• Documentation & Training: Document pipeline architecture, workflows, and provide guidance to the team on best practices for data engineering in healthcare data solutions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

• Strong experience with Azure Databricks for big data processing and analytics.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce data with Azure-based platforms, including using APIs or custom solutions for data synchronization.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Scala for data transformation and pipeline orchestration.
• Experience with Azure Data Services: Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, etc.
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures, data security, and governance best practices, particularly within the healthcare domain.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models and APIs, including both standard and custom objects.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience working with ETL/ELT frameworks and technologies for scalable data integration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in agile environments with a focus on delivering solutions in iterative cycles.

• Experience with Healthcare Analytics: Familiarity with analyzing and working with patient data, claims, medical records, etc.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Prior work in healthcare-specific CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce Health Cloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of Data Science workflows, and machine learning model deployment in Databricks.
