Job Description:

Year of exp. 12+

Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for customer, product, vendor, and other domains.
Develop MDM data models, workflows, match/merge rules, and hierarchy management.
Configure MDM hubs, data cleansing, deduplication, and survivorship rules.
Implement data governance policies, security controls, and role-based access.

Design and develop ETL/ELT processes for integrating MDM with ERP, CRM, BI, and other enterprise applications.
Develop API-based integrations and real-time data synchronization solutions.
Work with Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, or Apache NiFi for data transformation.

Work closely with data stewards, business analysts, and architects to define MDM strategies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Develop MDM documentation, best practices, and training materials.

8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) development and implementation.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, Apache NiFi, or Azure Data Factory).
Experience with API development (REST/SOAP) and real-time data integration.
Strong knowledge of data quality, governance, and security best practices.
