Job Summary:
Role Name: Analytics & Insights Analyst
Location: Boston area
“The Analytics & Insights analyst will be responsible for providing data-driven insights, recommending new data sources, and offering guidance on self-service and documentation support. This role involves working closely with Therapeutic Areas (Oncology, Rare Diseases, Neuroscience) and Key Commercial Functions (Field Sales, Sales Operations, Brand Marketing, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, Value & Access) to deliver actionable insights. Key responsibilities include defining data and BI/Analytics strategy, designing data models. Proficiency with the following is desired:
— AWS Services: Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFront, SNS, and CloudWatch
— Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools like Terraform and Circle CI
— ETL Tools: Knowledge of ETL tools such as Glue and Informatica
— Databases: Familiarity with databases like Redshift, Postgres, Athena, and DynamoDB
— AI/ML Tools: Proficiency in AI/ML tools like AWS SageMaker
— Reporting Tools: Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI —– Data Analyst-Four to Six Years,Data Science & Analytics Tools-Four to Six
