Title: Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager with ERP
Location: King of Prussia PA
Mode of interview: Virtual / If needed must go for face to face at the client location KOP
Must have:
- 15+ years of total IT exp.
- 10+ years of SFDC exp.
- Currently working in SFDC only
- Salesforce Certification is must
Key Responsibilities:
- Main Contact for delivery of the project
- Understands all elements of development/ Technical architecture applicable to the area
- Interprets architecture design to build out detailed tech designs where applicable
- Participates in dev sessions representing the development team and activity
- Coordinates with tech leads, Developer and QA for build out of the product including design reviews, code reviews and testing
- Assists project manager tech lead with project planning (WBS, activities, Tasks, effort/ estimates, schedule)
- Possesses basin knowledge about every platform (Front end, Back end, Integration etc.)
- Assist with technical issues resolution, removing roadblocks, recommending alternatives working on escalations
- Coordinates with development managers on any resource issues
- Bring in best practices and manages all technical escalations
