Overview:
- Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a Technical Product Manager / Business Analyst to join the Middle Office Platform team. This is a technical, Agile-heavy role focused on problem-solving and collaboration—not traditional product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as SME and point of contact for middle-office platforms
- Gather requirements, define solutions, and manage product lifecycle
- Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria using JIRA
- Analyze data, define process, and data flows
- Engage with stakeholders across functions and levels
Requirements:
- 10+ years of business analysis experience in brokerage/finance
- Strong understanding of functions like onboarding, trading, margin, and asset servicing
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and process flow tools
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred:
- Bachelor's in CS, IT, or Engineering
- 5–7 years in product development or product management
- Experience scaling global infrastructure
