Peoplesoft Business Analyst 3/ ​Austin, Texas(Need only Locals) / Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business process reengineering and transformation efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

• Act as a Business Relationship Manager (Liaison) between functional and technical teams.

• Manage business requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Serve in a Scrum Master role or Agile Scrum environment.

• Document and implement procedures for PeopleSoft applications (HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll, or Pension).

• Write and execute advanced SQL queries in Oracle & SQL Server.

• Support data management, warehousing, modeling, migration, and secure file transfers.

• Assist in ERP implementations/conversions from legacy PeopleSoft systems.

• Track project performance, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate third-party vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in:

  • Business analysis, requirements management, and SDLC.

  • PeopleSoft modules (Pension, HRMS, Benefits, Payroll) – Pension & ERP experience is critical.

  • SQL programming (Oracle & SQL Server).

  • Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Data management, enterprise architecture, and system analysis.

  • Leading project teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMP, CSM, or related certifications.

• Experience with MS Azure DevOps for requirements management.

• Knowledge of project management software.

• 12+ years of experience (preferred for senior candidates).
