Strong understanding of both software development and business processes .
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology .
Proficiency with a variety of agile project management tools .
Strong ability to manage roadblocks and conflicts leading to resolution to keep the project on track .
Experience in cloud technologies and thought leadership .
Knowledge of databases, Java, Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools .
Experience in developing data ingestion and data integration flows using Java, Scala, Python, and other open-source frameworks on big data technologies .
