Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Full Stack Data Engineer / Lead Engineer to join our engineering team. This role requires a strong foundation in backend development using .NET C#, big data processing with PySpark, event streaming technologies like Kafka/Azure Event Hub, and working with semi-structured data in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using .NET C#.

• Build robust data pipelines using PySpark for batch and real-time processing.

• Integrate and manage event streaming systems such as Kafka or Azure Event Hub.

• Work with semi-structured data using MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.

• Collaborate across teams including frontend, data engineering, DevOps, and QA.

• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior engineers.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.

• Participate in architectural decisions and technology roadmap planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• .NET C# – Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• PySpark – Hands-on expertise with Spark for large-scale data processing.

• Event Streaming – Proficient with Apache Kafka and/or Azure Event Hub.

• MongoDB – Experience working with semi-structured data in NoSQL databases.

• Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in distributed teams.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
